Submissions for Abstracts closed on 30 June 2023
Create a profile and log in details when accessing the system which will enable you to edit your submission and allow us to contact you.
You will be asked to supply the following information:
- Submitters details
- Abstract information
- Author and presenting speaker information
You will be able to:
- Preview your abstract prior to submission
- Edit and add details to your abstract until Friday 30 June 2023
Once you have completed your abstract submission via the online system, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a confirmation, please contact the events team and we will confirm your submission.
Notifying you
You will be notified of the outcome of your submission by 26 July 2023.
The email address supplied by the submitter will be the email address used to correspond the results of your submission.
Should you change email addresses before the above mentioned date, please update this information via the online system.
