Kathryn leads a programme of responsive analytical work which delivers analytical insights that are timely and relevant for decision makers. She also leads on a programme of work exploring trends in health and the wider determinants with a focus on improving health and reducing inequalities. Kathryn has experience working with large linked datasets and using them to help address key challenges across the health and care environments. Kathryn is an actuary by training and prior to joining the Health Foundation she worked as an actuarial consultant in the healthcare sector, in both England and South Africa. Kathryn is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
