Matt’s primary role is supporting the Q team to continually improve their work through high quality evaluation. This includes both managing the external evaluation of the Q community and developing meaningful internal evaluation with the delivery team. The second aspect of his role is leading Q’s insight work that applies a range of social research methods to drawing on the expertise and experience across the Q Community and bring it to bear on challenges across health and care.
